I personally have never seen them in a dollar store, but it all depends on the demand for the item,if they are slow sellers in some areas they will outsurce to other retailers. I wish you luck if you decide to bid!

FIRST OF ALL.. there is no credit to cash ratio.
Listia charges whatever they want to sell the credits to you. This isn't their face value. There is no face value.
Why? Because you got tons of lazy people here who sell stuff that doesn'e gven have a value to begin with - like recipes, "spells", DIY instructions, etc. that they pull off the net. Other people list "custom photo edits" and slap your photo into an online generator. Some people rip off graphics and claim them as their own and sell them. Some people sell online codes like Dr. Pepper and Coke codes.
How do you put a cash value on these items, when there is none to begin with?

Take two sellers with the identical item selling it both at starting bid of 50 credits, but one charges shipping, one does not. Which one will sell higher? DUH. The one with shipping will get NO BIDS. But, why? If the item is worth x amount of credits, why woul they let it go for only 50 credits? Because there is no value of your credit. Simple as that.

The value is in the beholder. You value your own credits based on what YOU pay for YOUR items to list them, and to ship them out. THat is the actual value.

Second, I have many "dollar storeS" here - including one directly across the street from me "family dollar" and never seen these items there, ever. I go there nearly every day also. We also have Dollar General, Dollar Tree, and Dollar Bizaree stores (not local but have been to several) and never seen them there either.

But.. so what? Is there a reason why someone would go out of their way to post that another seller's item came from the dollar store?
Why does it matter?
Unlike the person who posted that comment, this seller charges NOTHING to ship this item out to you. They pay not only for the item, but also to ship it to you. The seller is also spending their own personal time to list, pack, ship, etc. to you a nice toy for the holiday season. And what do you haev to do? Nothing but pay some virutal credits, which, have no actual face value and virtually, can be obtained rather easily with no out of pocket costs what so ever.

So.. why post something like that? My only thought would be that they where jealous you where getting bids or something. It's hard to say.

But, i like this item and am bidding. I do not care if it's worth $1.00 or $200. I want it, I will pay credits for it. I know what I paid out of my own pocket to get my credits (I add cost of item i sold plus cost of shipping and what it sold for.. so there is the worth lol.. simple as that.)... and THIS IS WORTH IT TO ME!

The "dollar store" she was talking about it actually Family Dollar, the one across the street from my house. It is NOT the same item and NOT cheap, either! The ones at the "dollar store" are Fijit Friends NEWBIES and are $20.00. They are NOT the same as what's listed here, for one, and for two, even if it was the same the "dollar store" price is still $20.00 So.. in the end though we're all right, they dont have them at the dollar store AND to the dude who says walmart has them for $15. WRONG! They are NEWBIES, not this. TWO DIFFERENT PRODUCTS GUYS! Newbies are cheap, 15--20 dollars usually and this item that's listed here is around $40-50 and actually can be very hard to find, from my research.

So. To everyone trying to disprove this seller's auction, go find something better to do, or get your facts straight.

but anyway. yeah. NO ONE BID NOW. its mine. :P Nah I know I'll run out of credits but.. oh well it'Il be fun for awhile bidding hehe.

SORRY Picker - I have bad insomnia and cannot sleep. :( Horribly bord. I wont post anything else on your auction lol. I do, UNLIKE OTHERS, do my research before bidding up items on here. I want to KNOW what I am getting, make sure it's worth my cash (I say my cash bcasue as I explained I pay cash to get my credits from shipping and the price of item listed, etc.) -- Meaning like learn more about the item, what it does, how it works, if you need two of them, etc. NOT meaning cash value because I know a good item when I see it, I don't need to know or look up cash value. Unless I get horribly bord like tonight LOL

I wish I would have seen this sooner! I just bought my daughter one and they run between $35-$50 depending what sale you find. This toy won the Toy of the Year award for 2012 I believe. Great item, good luck!
