I use medicinal mj and live in Washington so, I fanned u and I am bidding and watching. I can buy the mj butter from my co-op so I dont need to make my own. But I do want to try making new recipes for my adhd son and myself.

That is great, if you Decide to make you're own butter you will find it is Much Cheaper that way and Edibles are a great way to medicate,

My Recipes Probably have been Reported, but I have had a Listia MOD Tell me ( Great Auction and Good luck ) so they must be ok, I am not Breaking the Rules, they are just Recipes after all 8=)

well it is a fine line, as the Copyright Laws on recipes are as follows,
Copyright law does not protect recipes that are mere listings of ingredients. Nor does it protect other mere listings of ingredients such as those found in formulas, compounds, or prescriptions. Copyright protection may, however, extend to substantial literary expression—a description, explanation, or illustration, for example—that accompanies a recipe or formula or to a combination of recipes, as in a cookbook.

so it really is up to listia what they determine to be a work of Copyright and in or against there rules for the site 8=)
