there are 2 in the box, they are each 3 inches tall by 2 1/2 wide one is holding a bag of gifts the other is reading a book maybe night before christmas, they are a little heavy and solid really cute if you like elephants trunks are turned up for the superstious ones (up trunks catch good luck)
