Black DSI comes with the silver case to keep it protected. The DSI worked fantastic until it wouldn't charge. I do not know why it won't charge. If I did I would try to get it fixed. Maybe someone knows or has the time to go get it fixed. There is nothing wrong with the camera,play ability,or WIFI. Everything worked perfect until it quit charging. I do not have a charger that I can give with this. No stylus either. I really hope that someone can use this. Even if it is for parts. If you can do that.Thanks for looking and bidding.

because I scan everything from the printer and then put it on here. The scanner needs to be cleaned. The buttons are perfectly fine.

well one thing you can try is switch battery if it works then its the power port try charge the battery on other if it dont then its bad battery

sorry..misread @mathewshockey.....The bottom screan has light scratches on it not deep. Just where they played the same game so many times. You can see where their main play was. But they are not deep and the light from the scanner makes it look worse than it is.

So, it works as long as it's plugged in? An A/C adapter is easy enough to acquire.

No, I cannot get it to charge. I plug it up and it won't charge. I don't know why. Maybe someone who knows something about electronics can figure it out. :))

do you know if the charger you are using is a working charger....because I had a charger that did not work and that's why my dsi wouldn't charge...ty

It is a DSI charger that came with the other DSI I bought at the same time as this one. The kids just lost the charger that goes to this one is why I don't have one to go to it. I wish it was just a mistake on my part though. :))
