The listing, HOME INTERIOR adjustable shelf has ended.

I purchased two of these shelves several years ago and put one up but this one stayed boxed. It approximately 6 inches wide and adjusts from 24 inches -42inches..There are four plated metal brackets to mount it to your wall.

I am confused..In which direction does this extend?? It looks like (from the pics) that it extends outwards..which doesn't make sense...so I'm guessing horizontally? =)

It extends length wise. It is 6 inches wide but extends from 24 to 42 inches.

The 2 photos I just added show the shelf in the upright position, the way it would mount on the wall. the two center brackets move so they can be positioned wherever you need them

The shelf itself is wood with the metal brackets attached to the wood.

I understand it perfectly. It extends lengthwise. It's six inches wide, so the SHELF part is 6 inches wide....I have the perfect spot, in a big doorway that separates our living room from the family room, kinda making it one big room with a small bit of separation. That doorway is huge, and this shelf would be perfect right above the door.........with all the stuff I have to keep up high away from my playful dogs! LOL Great auction....f, w, and BIDDING!! :-)
