Are these legal to send in the mail ...just wondering what size is envelope and how wide it opens

I have mailed plenty of these in the mail. you just need to make sure the address is on a visible label. The lone star envelope measures 5 1/4" x 7 1/2". I would say you could comfortable fit a cd in the envelope.
