and is used. it has a dent with acouple of scratches on the back . i have taken pictures of the dent and scratches that do not affect the performance. these are the best pictures i could get with my camera. sorry they arent so great. the last are stock photos so you can see it clearly.

it comes with a usb chord which charges it through your computer. i lost the stylus so you will need to buy another one. it works best with a stylus rather then your finger. i will set it back to factory settings. you have to expect it to run alittle slow after all it is small.
