Measuring a petite 3" all around, it is an exact replica of the fancy & very expensive hats that the Ladies of British Royalty wear to Tea & other exclusive, upper-crusty functions! lol! It is felt with a satin rose, a black feather & polka-dot netting. It's secured with a sturdy alligator hair clip. This item is NWOT, never worn.
