The listing, Vintage 14k GE Espo ring has ended.

14 kt GE , means it has a very thin layer of 14kt gold over it (gold eletroplated)

ESPO was an Us brand , famous in the 60's and 70's , so it means the ring has got quite a value as a vintage.

I believe the gems are cz not diamonds.

well im a 6 and its a little big so i would say a 7 to 7.5
