Giant 12 inch tall Pez Candy Roll Dispenser - Bart Simpson
It talks as well whenever you tip back the head. Several classic Bart Simpson lines.
Excellent completely working condition
I posted a picture above showing it next to a paperback book (book not included) for scale.
I looked this up and saw it go for $20 on other sites (you know which ones but I dig Listia so they'll go unnamed)

I lowered it to 2 pounds but the shipping was still $7.54, and this package is definitely in that range. Based on that I'd still be willing to go as low as 4,000 but that is the lowest GIN I can offer. Maybe try taking a survey or two? Sorry, I can't be of more help.
