(ok look. yes it is loaded with stuff right now. i am not restoring it till the auction ends an i talk with the winner! if the ninner chooses to have it loaded for their kid or something its their choice. just like when i list a gift card, i give the winner of paypal option. being it is my money, my items that I paid for, it is between me an the winner!! )

Jail brake means reseting back to original settings. With nothing in it.

Yea it is expensive but than again it's 4 full pages of apps (some probably bought). 275 songs (itunes costs money), movies (not cheap), and tv shows (again not cheap). So I say it's worth it. F&W :)

"Jailbreaking" is actually a term used in reference to cell phones and making them usable with any provider. This is a great item you've listed, Unfortunately the Listia rule you're referring to says all phones, MP3 players etc are to be reset to factory condition and free of any content i.e. MP3s, Apps etc due to copyright issues I believe. It sucks but dem da rules. Good luck on your auction!!

Awesome auction your iPod will have to be restored to factory there is a button to press in settings then your paid items are off so is all of your iTunes info : ) jail breaking is done by a process to overide Apples programing and make your device able to use apps for other places GOod luck on your auction it should bring in lots of credits and Merry Christmas :)

Jail Break actually means being able to do stuff on the ipod that you normally wouldnt be able to do such as being able to have a droid lock on it. what she is referring to with this "jailbreak" is a master wipe. it is a nice auction. currently watching in hopes of a gift for my nephew.

commisionergordon is wrong, jail breaking is making you phone capable of doing what ever yo uwant to it, just customizing it. unlocking you phone makes it so u can use other carriers.

restore was the word you were looking for, if the winner or seller is interested . i can tell u how to jailbreak even after restoring the ipod
