Red & green tutu on red band. Fits child 12 months - 3t. This tutu is not a cupcake style so will hang longer on the child. Made with 2 layers of tulle so this tutu is full.

If GIN is used I will also include the 2 hairbows show as well. If GIN is used items will be shipped priority mail to ensure delivery before Christmas =)
