Yes there is a place I believe under your account settings that you verify your address. It is a safe guard. I don't except addresses thru email only the ones that are verified

After you win ,you MUST click on the picture of that item,it will take you to a place to click on your address or for pickup...My first win I thought the seller would have my address from my winning like on ebay....i lost my credits because after a week and a half,i messaged that i never got the item.they had relisted it since hadn't contacted and sent my address.....i learned the hard way.
