This is the software that comes with a new dell computer. There is no COA with it. That is on your Dell only computer. I am selling it with Cyberlink Power DVD also. I will also include 1 piece of hardware in keeping with MS OEM software sales requirements.
I will ship it Media Mail for $3.

Just what ever I have around. It will not be expensive but maybe an IDE cable or the like. The software is the focus, not the hardware. I bought my first OEM Win XP from TigerDirect back in 2000 and they sent a fan power adapter, so it would be a very low cost item.

I need a new OS disc mine was lost and I can't get another one from dell without paying for it GRRRRRRRRR. So I'll watch this to see how far it goes.

This is a full install. It is not an upgrade. No Win 7 will upgrade XP. I do have XP pro sp3 for bit here too! I sell this on Ebay for $25.
