great for the post pregnancy belly! got it after i had my son 4 months later i had to get a smaller one! =) can be tightened or loosened, no tag but the new one i got is a medium and they look about the same size, so id say this is between a med-large maybe XL if all the way stretched. every mommy could use one! has zipper in back and strings with straps on sides.
