Hi! you are looking/bidding on Homemade **Christmas Tutu** . for a infant/small child. It measures 4in across but, can be stretched to 9in. This Tutu will come with a *Free Christmas Hairbow if it reaches over 10,000 credits. I enjoy making them and have to many to count, so i'm sharing one with you. I can do these diffrent colors, for diffrent seasons, events etc.So if, this auction does good I will be putting up diffrent Tutu's. If you have any questions, about this item, please just ask.
