This is one of the newer types of firestarters. It calls itself a 5 in one (doesnt count the laynard) It has a whistle, compass, of course the fire starter and a laynard (hope you have it around your neck when you need it) a little saw(they call it) on the striker and a measuring (one inch) on the other side. It says it will get approx 12000 strikes. This is one of the newer ones and I have never used one like this. with the mg in with the flint. I am assuming that because it boasts of temp reaching 5400 degrees and only mg could do that. The instructions are on the back of the box with numerous other languages so you can brush up.
