so flas changes the color of the phone from blue to black? looks a lil fishy to me because when it is blue the phone is off but when it is black its on...

there is a # usually under the battery, ESN or MEID. if that # is on a list for non payment, stolen, etc. it can't be activated. thanks for the quick reply.
