When I wore this( I can only give you guesstimates) the top would fit up to a 50 or maybe more and the hip area I would say 50 plus , I can't give you exact measurements because I have lost over 100 # since I last wore this. at the time all i can tell you is for sure--it is for a full figured person, that likes room to move in, it is very strectchy so it will fit a 3xl up to probably 5 or 6xl. i always bought and still do my clothes that have MOVE ROOM..lol I don't like anything that binds or retstricts my movements. I am sorry but thats all i can knowingly truthfully tell you. me and measuring tapes do not and did not mix very well :-) I can tell you that it is very comfortable and stretchy and warm and i believe that it would fit anyone up to a 5x maybe more depending on their body build. i am sorry that is as good as i can get to the measurements.i hope it helps

Thank you so much...I have lost about 90 pounds myself but because of the flab of stomach fat I still need extra room around the middle...haha...gross thing to say on here...I just do not like anything snug...I probably wear a 1x but have never really gone anywhere to try on anything to know for sure....still wearing my big clothes but I really like this sweater....I think I will bid on it...thanks
