Here we have a silver fish fork from People's Jewellers. It has roses on the uppder handle and a rose near the prongs.It is stamped 800. The number 800 refers to the millesinal fineness of the sterling silver. It means that this is 80% pure silver. This means that the piece is only 80% silver, with the other 20% some other metal like nickle. My sister in law bought this and was hoping to buy the whole set over a period of time (they are expensive) but unfortunately she passed away before she could. This fork is the only one.
