vintage looking neck pin not sure what its made of there isnt anything stamped on it.

when a lady wears a scarf around her neck she usually attaches a pin in the middle to keep it straight and so the scarf stays on i dont know what they are technically called but this is what my grand ma called them i have seen a few in movies where older women will have a scarf around their neck and right in the front you can see a pin holding it together. i dont mean to sound rude or anything but they usually wore them to hide sagging skin or to hid the top part of their chest with the scarf back when women didnt show alot of skin
