This is a set of four different light up necklaces for kids for Halloween. There is a cat, a bat, a ghost and a jack-o-lantern. These are still new in the packages. They do have batteries in them already but if the batteries are weak they can be replaced as you see from the picture of the back of the package. I tested them with the try me buttons on the packs and all but one lit up bright! The cat one is weak so it might need new batteries for it.
Great deal for someone to get for your own kids or grandkids or anyone else for a gift. These are great safety lights for trick or treaters caught out after dark!
