No it's not scratched up the little round things are joysticks touch pad joysticks and yes that is half shipping

You should beable to wrap it up and put it in a bubble mailer and it shouldn't cost no more than 6 and that's with delivery confirmation,that's what I did I just mailed off a iPod touch,can you do that?
