No...its the MP3 Player ONLY. In the description is all the information I have on this. Its the last one (friend of mine closed down her business and moved to Florida and there were about 5 of these in a small box). I'm told by others who have won the other auctions that you can get the cable pretty inexpensively and with the cable you can charge it with your computer. Thanks for checking out my auction.

Correct...no SD card and no USB cable. Just the MP3 player. It does work and its brand new.

Yes, it does...its brand new in a package. It just doesn't have the USB cord that you can get at any Walmart or Radio Shack. Thanks for checking out my auctions.

It takes a standard USB to mini USB adapter to charge..If you have other mini USB devices, you can use the same cord.
