I can understand why people are leery about these. Your offering a $130.00 pair of earphones for free. I'm not saying there stolen, But the picture sure makes it seem that way. The reason i know what they cost is because i bought a pair almost like these. They are designed for monitoring recordings, mixing, and critical listening only. Not for smaller devises like iphones or gaming systems. Another reason is you admitted going to high school, so that would more then likely make you a minor. Anyone should know if something were to happen, you as a minor can't be held liable in a legally binding contract of any kind. Thats why minors aren't allowed on listia. If they read the rules they would know this. @Michie31 Yes, They could go to your house and arrest you for having stolen property. Would they?? Maybe, Maybe not.
lets say they were stoled. Do you think i would be dumb enough to sell them on a website where anyone can see it, and actually take a picture of the stolen item in the place they were stolen from? um, no. Second, i had a friend take the picture for me, since i dont have a camera, which is why its taken at a school, which all of my other auction pictures were also TAKEN AT THE SCHOOL. But hey, if you think that they are stolen, DONT BID. and im pretty sure the police wont come and get you :)
You are probably the only one who cares cyber chief...even if they are...what are they gonna do... Go all the way to the house of the winner and arrest them over some headphones?....highly doubtful.
