There are two clips that fold into the plastic holders. Metal clip goes on clothes and plastic holder goes around end of pacifier. Clips can also be used without plastic holders.

There is a card inside the plastic bag where to get more if needed. I've ordered from them several times and they are wonderful to work with .

much needed! i only have one strap and it needs to be cleaned! of course thats hard to do when u only have one.lol

you cant get these at walmart the only place I have found them is Kroger ....I get them for my grandbaby and they work great ;)
