There are many hotslings videos on you tube as well as their website to show you how to use it. It basically goes over one shoulder vand under the other and it opens up for baby to go in the middle of it like a pouch and than you use the cinches on the side to tighten it as tight as u prefer. Watching a video off youtube will help more than me trying to explain. Its an easy to use n secure carrier in my opnion. Check out youtube! I hope this helps. :) Thanku for ur interest.

Do you how this works for a "larger" woman? I know the size it says is for a larger size, but some slings just don't work well even if the size fits.

Thats hard to say honestly. Its a one size fits most but i think these things still depend on th epersons body type and size. I wear a medium size shirt and this fits me with room to spare but its hard to say how it will fit someone whos much larger than that. I think bust size makes some difference. Im sorry i dont have a better answer. This is all I can say as it varies on body type in my opnion. hope this helps a bit.

I honestly do not know. All the info I can give I put in the details of the auction. other than that u have to go to their website n try to fig out what's best for you. sorry that's all I can say. I'm no expert on this carrier or any carrier. I can just refer u to the websites or YouTube of the items.

one size fits most usually goes up to size 18 maybe 20 if you are larger thatn taht i would say this would not work for you, my opinion just by looking at webstie and pics nice product though wish it would fit me i would bid for sure
