Measuring 1 & 1/4" X 3 & 3/4" is this rare vintage Fatima Cigarette Co. Silk (Plumed Partridge) from Fatima's Bird Silk Collection. Back is blank with a spot of old adhesive but overall it's in very good condition for it's age.
('rare' not because there were so few made, but because they are hard to find since those that weren't lost, are hoarded by collectors.)
Silks were used to promote Fatima tobacco and given away in tobacco promotions to entice the people to buy their cigarettes. Fatima was a brand of cigarette produced in the United States by the Liggett & Myers (L&M) tobacco company, dating to the 19th century and was marketed as an exotic blend of Turkish tobaccos. Vintage silks from all brands of tobacco are among some of the most popular items for tobacco, cigarette and cigar collections.
