yeah, in the movement there should be a tiny lever with either a + or minus or f or s. it put or releases pressure on the hair spring, if its adjusted to compensate all the way to slow and still runs fast you got a bent hairspring. id try it if you havent allready, youd get alot more bids if it worked because noone wants to pay a watch maker to replace it since its a rare part. also its 20mkn gold plated, i think http://cgi.ebay.com/RAKETA-GOLD-PLATED-20-mkn-CASE-23-JEWELS-POCKET-WATCH_W0QQitemZ360210518054QQcmdZViewItemQQptZPocket_Watches?hash=item53de385026 that look like it?
