This is a BRAND NEW Velour item, it has been washed but NOT worn. We wash everything we buy from the store before Sailor puts it on. She has Several and this one was just misplaced among the others and now she's outgrown it. It's padded and lined for protection and warmth.

It's so hard to find these items in the store now (Or at least for the newborn size) my second is going to be born in March so I am a little nervous.
