should still work. i can't test it because of not using my old phone anymore. it won't work newer versions i believe since i was told that most phones now come with plug ins directly now. but if you have an older version without one then it should still work

i don't really know too much about stuff like this but feel free to still ask questions and i will try and answer

i don't remember what the model of it was. i think it was around 4 years ago i use it. if you look at the plug in part, if it looks like any of the ports on you phone, then his should work. it's wide and thin.

and it's used so you can plug in head phones so you can listen to music.

with everything always changing with electronics, i'm still learning a lot myself. i can typically figure something out if i have it in hand, but without comparing and such it's harder to say lol.
like when i got my last phone before a few problems with that one, i learned that all new phones have headphone jacks directly in the phone now so no need for adapters anymore on them.
