I have the Sims 3 game for Nintendo DS.

Got this from Listia with another item, but I have this game on my PC so I don't have any interest in keeping it.

Only the game is for sale. It works well! For DS, DS lite, DSi, DSiXL, 3DS, ALL nintendo DS systems.

would it be good enough as a substitution if i were on a long trip and had no way to play the PC version? is it as good as the PC game?

I played this game just so I could answer you, haha. Ok, so the PC game is for sure better. But if you're addicted to the sims like I am, this will surly suffice as entertainment and give you your sims fix. There are fewer clothing and hair options, but it looks like that's because you unlock them. PC is always better, in my opinion. I didn't even enjoy sims on the Play Station, really. I think this is better to PS, personally.

I think the idea of having it on the DS is AWESOME because you can take it with you anywhere, though. If I didn't have sim families on my PC game that I'm really attached to, I would have kept this. Fanning back :D

I changed it to a lower GIN, but a bid happened and it didn't apply it :(

You have to unlock the GIN option. I think through completing auctions OR getting good feedback. I have 100% positive feedback :)

Man, I really thought this game would do better, I've seen many DS games sell for higher. I wish I could lower the GIN for you guys, it seems WAY too high now! Sorry :(! Thanks to everyone for bidding, and I wish you all luck! I've been trying to think of more that I could add to the lot if the GIN is used, but I really don't have much else. Happy bidding!
