My little man in my Icon photo had surgery this morning sadly my daughter was taken agaist her will and never saw the person from that and piece of gold was born with Congenital CMV he is deaf, he has cerbral palsey, he can't sit up or open his hands he can't speak but his smiles and eyes speak volumes he's been in the hospital for 3 months now expect for 5 days we were away from home at an out of town hospital got home and he only stayed home 5 days and was put back into the hospital which lead up to his surgery this morning so there was no christmas, but what there was were many prayers from many people to help him through this process and I myself being in a wheelchair with a handicap grandson who lives with us since our daughter still very young but in the blink of an eye I saw her go from a little teenage girl to a mother of a severally disabled child in a blink of an eye the day he was born. I hope Martie finds a very special home and Agear I wish you all the best with your son. I wish there were more parents like you that spoke up Just like with CMV people don't understand it like they don't understand when they see a disabled child it's because they don't take the time to instead of making a rude comment to do the kind thing and ask a simple question.
