elastic in back part of the waistband
skirt is long, and has a seam down the center of the back
the back has a slit in the center. At the top of the slit (at the seam), the seam is coming apart. It will need to be repaired. It is very minor, and I have take a photo of the problem. It can easily be hand sewn, requiring very few stitches! Excellent condition otherwise.
both pieces are soft, with vibrant colors!
very cute together or worn separately.

before I bid, I need to be sure of its size, is this a women's size or little girls size like for a 4 or 5 year old?
