Up for bid is a cute Top Hat Snow man made by Avon that belonged to my Mom...Has Moonwind perfume still in it...About 4 inches tall..The one side of the hat has a chunk out of it...My Mom always said it gave him a certain character..Still worth your shipping costs..I charge a flat shipping fee..I accept PAYPAL,Money Orders or Good Checks...

This is one my Mom had for years and years...Always has the piece missing out of the one side but she thought that gave it a shabby kind of character...
