Almost 5 inches long from tip to tail of kite

RETRO from th 70's
Were it to the next 70's day dress up or That's 70's day.

It is made of high quality nonfade plastic.
Has 3 bows on the chain kite tail of red, white and blue.

The back pin fastener is in proper working condition.
