2 pockets in the front, as well as, a watch pocket.HA HA
2 pockets in back top, and 2 overlaid pockets down further on the leg. Looks like a man's pair containing pockets would look like.
Notice that there are snaps up and down both insides of the legs that go front the crotch to the bottom of each inside leg for easy change of diapers.

I think she meant with the elastic straps and buttons on the inside of the waistband that will change adjust the waist band size.
Are these soft, stiff, or normal jeans?

thanks for helping me to clarify that. I'm not too swift sometimes. No, they do not have elastic straps and buttons on the inside. Also, they are not soft, I don't consider them stiff (I'm 63...ha ha)....just normal...and adorable.

Yes, it is elastic waistband. If you closely in picture 2 and 4 you will see that there is an elastic in the waist band....
