Item is in Great Condition and has only been used once or twice. Tried to sell on Ebay, but buyer never sent the payment so I thought I might as well try on here.

Hey this may sound stupid, iv just never really messed with the tablets or been interested much but you say its 'Unlocked' What does that mean? If i was to win it i could turn it right on and it pick up to my WIFI or my Broadband correct? No plans or nothing to be able to get on the web? I know some are not able to unless you have a service provider. I just wanna be able to pick my WIFI up and use it with no xtras coats.. This is possible right?
