Worn maybe once, XL and has pull ties at waist so you can have it as loose or as tight as you want. I will ship this one out for $ 13.50, but if it's more I will no longer offer discount shipping as I know I'm going to take a bath once again. When shipping is less then I thought I insure the item for what it cost brand new. So I don't just pocket the extra. The Car DVD set I mailed I insured for 250 and that cost me almost $ 3.00 and that I shipped for free as the credits were very high. Insuring it was my idea.
