can they be indoor with a lot of window light?

Yes. They grow to about 24" high, but you can pinch them back if they get too tall and they'll be bushier, but still produce beautiful flowers.

Very nice---looking forward to planting more cosmos. My purple ones are still blooming and it's been so cold! A wonderful plant :)
