Most ingredients you can find in your local supermarket, however, some we had to get at an ethnic thai/asian or indian grocery

Some of the Indian spices like Garam masala, blue peas, and some other uncommon spices that you would need to buy at an Asian market. But most of the spices you can now find at your supermarket.
