I check out all the stones before shipping but I think USPS uses the boxes for hockey pucks. When you receive your purchase, check to make sure no stones are loose from shipping & if so reset them with a touch of a good type glue, I use G-S Hypo Cement. It has a needle point tip & is easy to use & less messy. Never use super glue, it will ruin your rhinestone. Rhinestones are not like Precious gems, they can't get wet or banged around.

I ship out next business day, or same day if your verified address is sent before 12:00 PM CST. I ALWAYS ship with tracking #and post tracking number when I ships as i will not send due to listia rules unless verified If after 7 days of the close of the auction, a verified address is not sent, as per Listia rules, we keep the credits and relist.

Never put Rhinestones in water as they become dead stones and will turn gray never use super glue to put rhinestones back in if they
should come out always use jewelry glue
