I've had this game for a while - I bought it right when the Kinect was released; however, I've literally only played it once. It's been through a couple moves with me so the case isn't in mint condition - the very bottom of the front there's a crease in the plastic liner that protects the sleeve. Other than that, there isn't any major blemishes.

However, the disc itself is in mint condition. No scratches whatsoever. I tried taking a picture of it from two different angles but I'm not really sure how much that tells you but hopefully it helps.
