Add a little sparkle to any occasion with Flirt Hair Bling
Includes 14 Hair crystals in each pack
Instructions:
Cut the chosen amount of crystals from the pack complete with white backing paper and covering film
Detach the white plastic backing paper
Attach the transparent film with crystals to hair which has already been seperated
Starting at the top of hair and working in small sections, press hair and film with crystals using a hair straightner for about 3-5 seconds.
Remove transparent film after confirming that crystals are attached to the hair.
Do not brush section of hair with crystals
To Remove:
Massage conditioner into hair until crystals are easily removed.
