Lovely quilt and quite a story on how you and your group evolved over time. I wish I had more time to quilt as I have only finished a few with a queen size one in the works for over 2 years now. Sew children's clothing and crochet so it takes me in other directions. I will be watching for your other designs. Fanned you!

We are now 17 women all related, except for 4 of my best girlfriends who grew up with me. We live in different areas of the country, plus one of my girlfriends who still lives in China, (she is an artist who loves to design quilt patterns). It became a hobby for her. She still does her silk needle work which sells for thousands(silk needle in an ancient Chinese art form where an artist uses silk thread and makes a picture. Absolutely stunning work, but very labor intensive. She relaxes with her quilt designs. So that is who we are It started with my Mom, sisters,sister in law and cousin. Over the years we have evolved to where we are now. It takes lots of hard work and dedication. We all love quilting and sewing, and sharing our passion We call ourselves The Quilting Women
