Description

The listing, Quartz GUN CLOCK has ended.

This is a brand new, never used Quartz clock that is also a hidden "safe place" for your handgun!! A GUN CLOCK!!

I bought this for my husband for CHRISTmas because we both have several handguns but we sometimes have grandchildren in our home. I thought this would be a great way to keep one of the guns up from the children, yet, accessible. But, my husband is a "manly" man & wants his guns a bit more accessible! Lol (his pocket, back, hip, boot, etc) lol

I don't feel like standing in those lines to return it :( so, you can have it!! Just get the winning bid & pay 1/2 of the shipping!! What a deal!!! Trust me!! I paid DEARLY for this clock!!

The measurements are shown in the pix. There is also one small scuff on the edge that is shown in the last pic.

For shipping: it weighs 6lb 13oz
I estimate a box size of 16"X16"X 4.5
It will be shipped from 27546
You can go to USPS.com & calculate the shipping cost yourself and I'm asking that you pay 1/2 of that. I think that's fair!! Any questions, just ask!

The important, yet boring, rules!!!

1. I WILL ONLY SHIP TO LISTIA STORED & VERIFIED ADDRESSES!! No ifs, ands, buts or exceptions!!
2. If you do not respond to my emails, after an auction, within 7 days, with your Listia address, I will keep the item & credits then relist it....(per Listia rules)
3. Lastly, I do try to mail your package out within 3 days after auction end...however, I am paralyzed and have to get help to go to the PO, so I can't just up & go any day I want...so I try to make 1 or 2 trips a week. Your package might end up in that 2nd trip, at .the end of the week, if the auction ends after I've gone on my 1st trip. So, bear with me! I will ALWAYS communicate with you!

My home is NOT a smoke free nor pet free home....however, I do keep all of my auction items in a cedar trunk until time for shipping! If this is a deterrent towards your bidding, I am sorry.

If I may also add - I have been looking at these clocks/safes with intentions of purchasing one. I have looked both online and in local stores and I must say - the current bid amounts are more than fair for what this item would cost you!! Not only has the person listing it already paid the normal purchase price but she is also paying half of the shipping - not to even mention the time it took to go & buy it from the store plus her time & materials to prepare it for shipping and take it to the post office. I really just do not understand why some people act like they are getting ripped off if an auction goes higher than they anticipated! Please take other peoples feelings into consideration! If I am bidding on something and it gets a little high for my taste - then guess what ... I stop bidding!!! I do not need to make a comment about it on that persons auction! If someone elses auction turns out better for them than I expected it would ... THEN GOOD FOR THEM!! Its called supply & demand people!! Sorry I didn't mean to go on a rant - this is just one of those things that REALLY irritate me!

Thank you very much!! I just said these very same things to "the said" person in a PRIVATE message. I greatly appreciate you having my back on this! We are supposed to be a family here! Ya don't go around stabbing people in the back...ya don't try to sabotage their auctions! My fans can tell you that I am always fair and honest! Always! Again, thanks so very much!

I was bidding...but you are doing very well...your price far exceeds the actual purchase price this item can be purchased for. good luck to you and happy new year..

Thanks for bidding but I don't know where you found this clock at to purchase..but you found a deal! If you go by one standard of calculation, 13,000 credits is only $13.00 ..if you go by Listias "credit buying" calculations...this is "almost" $40.00...I, personally, don't know of any seller that goes by Listias standards, cuz ur getting ripped off if you do! Either way, the current bid isn't even close to what I paid for this clock ($49.99), much less, far exceeds it. But, I do appreciate your bids and I wish you well which whatever auction you bid on! God bless!

Sorry we have been through so much Rachel I just saw your comment about the addresses this is ending but will thank you through a message I'm still a newbie and since I signed we have spent now over 3 solid months in 2 different hospitals we haven't even had Christmas yet Left one hospital got a tree only to end up in this one my grandson is 23 months today and has had a rough life so far and his young mother sadly a single month through an act of violence has not left the hospital they are so kind to her and so good to our grandson but it's been a rough road but we take one step at a time because GOD DON"T MAKE MISTAKES! Thanks again!!!

MY GOODNESS "chenzo1945's" comment was so wrong for what Listia is all about people "SALE THINGS ON HERE FOR CREDITS to BUY THINGS ON HERE FOR CREDITS" we list things we no longer need in our homes others do the same if we all had a WALLET full of CASH we wouldn't be on LISTIA doing this "chenzo1945's" if you have a WALLET FULL OF CASH LET ME KNOW and we will direct you where to spend it but if you understand what LISTIA is all about you would have never wrote that comment!!! I have seen things go for 20 times what people would pay cash for but they wouldn't be getting rid of their items to help others like my daughter who's baby was born disabled 23 months ago today through an act of violence he was conceived and she was VERY YOUNG he's been in this hospital since Dec 18th had surgery the morning after Christmas and had a 2nd one New Years Day be it not for listia and her able to list his old cloths to get bigger sizes there is no way my husband and I could afford more than what we give now and all my daughter did was go to the Library after school as she did daily to do homework due to us missing 9 keys on this old laptop and no printer yet that day she wasn't there when he got there to pick her up so remember "chenzo1945's" not everyone has cash flowing out of their pockets to walk into a store so use listia for what it is meant to be NEIGHBOR HELPING NEIGHBOR!!! Best of luck to you I'm glad the auction started rising got stuck there for a minute....Happy New Years to all.......

*****UPDATE*****
I hope that "chenzo1945's" comment hasn't stopped y'all from bidding anymore! :( I left his comment up there because I felt that if I hid it, it would look like I had something to hide, or I was guilty, or he was right! So, I left it up there so that you, my fans, could see that I have nothing to hide and that I'm a fair and honest seller!

Now, with that being said....since its down to the last few hours, I'm adding a free Chain Gun Lock to the winner, as an added bonus! I would add a pic of it, but it's too late in the game to add anything :( ...so, when you you don't have ur gun secured in the clock, you can have it secured with this chain gun lock! Now, how much better can it get? Lol....so, get happy! Get bidding! And somebody win this clock!!

Thanks everyone! <3

Rachel416 is correct. This clock, if going by Listia standards, is only at about $39 in the equivalent to the credits right now. If going by general standards of most users, then it's only at $13! Either way, neither is anywhere near the $49.99 you paid for it, nor the split cost of shipping that you'll pay. P.S. Glad you're finally getting rid of this! - Boo Boo :)

Thank you very much for helping to shed more light on this matter! I was sure that the bid was nowhere near what the clock cost plus my cost for shipping it! Some people just always want something for nothing these days! Happy bidding everyone!

Hey "ralaward" .... Just saw your comment above about the issues with shipping a winning auction to your son - Just in case you were not already aware - you can actually have more than one verified address tied to each Listia account. I get alot of things for my parents so I actually have 3 addresses verified on mine. I have (#1) My home address, (#2) My P.O. Box, and (#3) My Parents address in a different state. When I win an auction - the site asks me to choose which one of the verified addresses I want to use for shipping. You can do it all from the same account/name - there is really no need for multiple accounts unless your son just wants his own. Hope this helps! Happy New Year!

I think I knew this, somewhere in the back of my crazy mind! Lol ...but what I failed to say earlier was that I would have shipped it to your son for you ralaward, with no issues...and I apologize for forgetting to tell you! But this way sounds good too! Thanks so much for reminding me and informing us all of this rachel416!! I greatly appreciate the input! Either way ralaward, if you win, I'll see to it that it gets shipped to your son, with no issues!! Thanks again rachel416!! Happy bidding everyone!

you are quite welcome best of luck with your auction hope it gets moving soon I would bid but don't want to pay to ship it to me to turn around get it and have to ship it to my son in Nebraska they came on last night and looked at it. Think I need to open an account in their name and address and get it verified so when I want things for them bid it on that account and won't have shipping issues! Happy New Years Eve!

Awesome item we don't have guns in our home now but when we did we had what looked like simple corner shelves to put items on that slid open when we needed them to and kept one in each room now our son and his new wife got the guns and shelves as a wedding gift they both loved them he grew up with them and said one day I want to have a hand gun and a shelf like that we surprised him with all 8 as a "used' wedding gift! They are actually deer hunting this weekend with her parents they live in the snow we moved to the KITTY LITTER SAND BOXES!! Best of LUCK!!!
