You will get email /message saying your auction has ended. It will say who won, then it will tell you to request shipping information from winner. Once you click it, you'll wait for winner to send you information. It's always easier when they are using a listia approved verified address. I for one never accept a address unless its verified. Hope this is helpful! :)
