DynaShield is a skin protectant cream. It is similar to Desitin in that it contains zinc oxide to prevent diaper rash. It also contains Aloe Vera, Vitamins A,D and E.

It states it's uses as the prevention and treatment of diaper rash.

Temporarily protects minor cuts,scrapes and burns. And helps ease the weeping of poison oak,ivy and sumac.

So this cream has several uses but what I primarily use it for is to prevent and treat diaper rash
