This is a cell phone from AT&T. It will include the phone and the charger. I don't have the instructions but they can be found online.

I'm not sure if you can take it to the store and hook it up due to my business loss an subsequent non payment.

The upside is that there is internal wireless internet and with the help of Skype, you can use this as a phone and probably a lot cheaper at that.

Before it ships, I will make sure there are good apps loaded onto the phone like Skype, and Netflix Get a Gmail account and hook it up to download android apps from Google Play.

When the item ships, it will have insurance to it, just in case.
