this is for an avon ring. it has a size spacer that i showed in the 3rd picture. the stone is peach in color. i dont know nothing about it. got it in a grab bag at a auction. good luck. i think its a size 6 with the spacer and size 7 without.

i guess i should of said the stones on the out side are white. they look like pearls.
